Beyond our own campus in Nanded, SFG constructs sports facilities, affiliates schools and colleges as Sports Excellence Centres, and awards nationally recognised skill certificates.

We are specialists in building the facilities we operate. Six years of developing sports infrastructure means the ground we hand over is one we would be willing to coach on ourselves.
- Swimming pools — design, excavation, filtration and finishing, sized for teaching and for competition.
- Artificial grass turfs — approved synthetic surfaces for cricket and football, laid with proper drainage and perimeter netting.
- Shooting ranges — firing points, backstops, lane separation and the safety infrastructure a range legally needs.
- Floodlighting and courts — international-standard grounds and synthetic courts across other disciplines.

Eligible members: schools of any medium from KG to PG, junior and degree colleges, engineering and medical colleges, private and public sports academies, companies, charities and NGOs.

SFG takes over the physical education programme and sports activities at a school, college or academy — with a pool of over 1,000 sport-specific trainers, coaches, physiotherapists, nutrition experts and data analysts behind it.

SFG certification is issued through programmes tied to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and is recognised beyond the sports field.
SEAP
Sports Education Awards Program. Participants complete nationally recognised workforce assessments developed by SFG. Those who qualify receive a Certificate of Excellence indicating their level of education readiness.
SKILL Ready!
Workforce certification. Job seekers and working people complete the SKILL Ready! assessments to earn a certificate that evidences their work readiness to current and future employers.
CSSET courses
Council of Sports Skill Education and Training. Non-AICTE and non-UGC sports skill courses, designed by experienced professionals against the standards the global market expects.
