Our facilities

Three grounds. Four sports. One campus.

Most academies specialise in one sport. We built a pool, a range and an all-weather turf that plays both cricket and football — so a family can train together and an athlete can cross-train without leaving the ground.

Learn-to-swim & squad training

An Olympic size, lifeguard-supervised pool with a separate shallow section. Batches run from first-time floating through to stroke correction and timed squad sets.

Shooting Range

Rifle & pistol under supervision

A 10 metre range with fixed firing points, controlled entry and a range officer on the line for every relay — the discipline that builds focus and breath control.

Why families choose SFG

Coaching built on safety, structure and steady progress.

Our motto is not decoration. Every batch follows a written progression, and every parent knows what their child is working on this month.

  • Certified coaches with 15–20 years in physical education, plus retired athletes who have competed at the top.
  • Small batch sizes so each athlete gets real correction, not a place in a queue.
  • Physique-based sport selection — we evaluate each student and match them to the discipline they will thrive in.
  • Medical supervision with a physiotherapist and nutrition expert assigned to players.
  • Separate ladies' and beginners' batches, plus dedicated timings for school groups.
How we work

Don't be busy — be productive.

Seven steps from first conversation to the first training session. Nothing is committed until both sides have seen the ground and signed the same document.

  1. Discussion

We start by understanding your ground, your students and what you want sport to do for them.

  2. Inspection

Our team visits and surveys the site — land, access, drainage, existing facilities.

  3. Second inspection

A technical re-check before anything is committed to paper. We would rather find a problem now.

  4. MoU signed

Scope, timelines, responsibilities and costs, agreed in writing before work begins.

  5. Development

Construction and infrastructure development to international standards.

  6. Implementation

Coaches deployed, curriculum integrated, equipment installed, batches formed.

  7. Operations begin

Training starts, performance is tracked, and students enter district and state competition.

Leadership

Mohammed Asif Umar

Managing Director

The aim of the foundation is to be able to promote sports in India — from the grass root to the elite level.

Under his direction SFG has spent six years building sports infrastructure and delivering affordable coaching in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, on the conviction that a child's postcode should not decide whether they ever get properly coached.

From our members

What families in Nanded tell us

“My daughter was frightened of water in April. By the end of the summer batch she was swimming a full length on her own. The coaches never rushed her.”
Parent, Junior SwimmingNanded
“We book the turf every Sunday morning. The surface is genuinely good, the lights work and nobody double-books your slot. That is rarer than it should be.”
Team captain, Turf BookingNanded
“The discipline at the range impressed me most. A safety briefing every single session, no exceptions. My son has become far more patient because of it.”
